Click Counter Stand

Hello! Here is the free pattern for my Click Counter Stand! You can get your own Click Counter on Amazon (and they even come in fun colors!)

It is my absolute favorite way to count my rows and rounds because it required hands free movement (Literally you bop it with your wrist! You don't have to change your hand position all so no interrupting your stitching!)

Here is the pattern. Enjoy! Please follow me on Instagram at @RemyACraftyHedgehog to see more tips, tricks and free patterns! And if you make this pattern and enjoy the Click Counter Method let me know.

Materials:

  • Worsted Weight Yarn
  • 2MM Crochet Hook
  • Yarn Needle
  • Scissors
  • Round Marker Clip
This pattern starts with a Magic Ring, but you could just as easily swap it out for a 2CH method of starting.

RND 1: 6SC into a Magic Ring (6) [Figure 1]
RND 2: 6INC (12) [Figure 2]
RND 3: (1SC, 1INC)x6 (18) [Figure 3]

RND 4: (2SC, 1INC)x6 (24) [Figure 4]
RND 5: FLO 24SC (24) [Figure 5]
RND 6-9: 24SC (24) [Figure 6]

Now you're going to flip RNDs 5-9  over the outside edge so you form a bowl with rigid sides.  This may take a little maneuvering.  But you want to line with the next RND with the left over BLOs from RND 5.

RND 10: Through BOTH the BLO only of this RND and the BLO of RND 5 make 24SC (24) [Figure 8]

You have finished stitching! Now pull through and weave in ends.
