Los Angeles County Fair 2024 Entry A Stitched Smorgasbord - The Festive Fare of Los Angeles Crocheted Multicultural Dishes Growing up in LA I loved going to the LA County Fair. Does anyone else remember those fair commercials where they said that 'if anyone needs a county fair, it's LA' ? You would either find me screaming down a potato sack slide or spending time perusing the Home Arts Competition (and not just because they were in air conditioning!). I was captivated by the ornate and creative contributions by entrants. I never would have thought I would be one of those competitors, but here I am! The theme of the 2024 fair is Stars, Stripes and Fun: Celebrating Community.
